Mission Statement

The mission of the QOV Foundation is to cover ALL
servicemembers and veterans regardless

of whether their wounds are physical and/or psychological

with Wartime Quilts called Quilts of Valor (QOVS)

NEW OPPORTUNITY QUILT RAFFLE

Twice a year we have a QUILT OF VALOR - OPPORTUNITY QUILT raffle where anyone can purchase tickets to enter and win a Quilt of valor.

All proceeds will be used to purchase material and pay for shipping of the quilts to the service members or their families.
